We know each detail of our work and we really know every corner of the 155,000 square metres of the fair grounds. We know how to enhance all our space in order to offer high visibility to the exhibitors and to stimulate the attention of the visitors.
Our experience allows us to offer an all inclusive, turnkey service to set up fairs, conventions and shows, even for events which take place outside the Fiera di Padova (Padua Fair) grounds, in Italy and abroad.
Abilility in evidence
PadovaFiere spreads out over a total area of 155,000 square metres, located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. 11 pavilions offer 60,000 square metres of undercover exhibition space, with 2,000 car parking places. There are 6 entrances to the grounds, with permanent and mountable receptions. Furthermore, an entire pavilion, with private entrance, can be set up for conventions and can hold up to 1,600 congressional seats and 8,000 seats for shows. PadovaFiere is also equipped with a modern press room, the “Club della Stampa” (Press Club), able to host up to 100 journalists.
Putting numbers to work
Thousands of people work at the fair grounds during a year of exhibitions and events, producing a total turnover of 200 milion euro. PadovaFiere is part of the GL Events group, thanks to which it is able to offer its clients 68 offices and a network of 19 exhibition and convention centres throughout the world and 2,600 professionals able to solve any problem related with the organization of events, conventions, fairs, shows and sporting events.
